Rob Pritts has been in the Real Estate business for more than 25 years and is now a licensed Realtor in Georgia. What sets him apart is his specialization in real estate finance, with over 18 years as a loan officer with World Savings & Loan, Wells Fargo and eventually partnering in a mortgage company here in East Cobb, where he funded more than $750 million in real estate transactions. As such, his expertise in real estate financing is a tremendous benefit for his clients. Rob uses his skills to provide professional service, thorough and constant communication, useful knowledge, and a positive attitude.

“One of the most important aspects of the real estate process is financing,” Rob says. “In today's market, it can be difficult to obtain a mortgage, which is a challenge to both buyers and sellers. I use my expertise to keep clients informed throughout the mortgage process, including buyer qualifications, negotiations, and the closing process. I am also a problem solver and truly enjoy helping people during a very exciting and emotional time in their lives.”

Rob is a resident of Marietta, Ga with his wife Janine and their 2 teenagers. Rob has been a community advocate in charity fundraising, past Director of the East Cobb Rotary Club and has spearheaded countless charity golf tournaments raising over $2 million dollars.
